In November 2015, Gregory Dietrich Preservation Consulting conducted an analysis of the history and character of Ganevoort Street, and the  potential impacts of Aurora Capital’s proposed development.

The report concluded that Aurora Capital’s development would irrevocably compromise the character of the Gansevoort Market Historic District.
